This Text Message Privacy Policy explains how Brickell Travel Management LLC ("Brickell Travel Management", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your mobile phone number and related information when you receive text messages from us.

Our SMS program is only for existing Brickell Travel Management clients. We send text messages only when you request them, mainly to send you your travel itineraries and booking details. We do not send marketing messages.

What information we collect

•     Booking information: itinerary, flight, hotel and car rental reservation details, and the names and contact information of the travelers on your booking, from our travel booking system.

•     Mobile phone number: the number on file with your booking, the number you give us when you request a message, or the number you text us from. We only send messages to your number after you ask for them and confirm you agree to receive them.

•     Messaging records: your requests, your consent to receive text messages, and the messages we exchange with you, kept so we can deliver the service, keep a record of your consent and handle support requests.

How we use your phone number

We use your mobile number only to send you the travel information you request, such as your itinerary and booking details, or other information about the travel services we provide to you.

We do not use your mobile number to send marketing, advertising or promotional messages, and we do not add it to any marketing list.

Who we share your information with

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile information will not be sold or rented, and will not be shared with any third parties except the service providers that operate our phone and messaging systems and deliver our text messages to your carrier, solely to send the messages you requested. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for any other purpose.

These providers may use your information only to deliver our messages and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law.

You can reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us, and HELP for assistance.
