About our text messages

The Brickell Travel Management SMS program is operated by Brickell Travel Management LLC. It is available only to existing Brickell Travel Management clients. Our text messaging number is not published; it is shared only with our clients.

We send text messages only when you request them, to provide your travel itineraries, booking details and other information about the travel services we provide to you.

This program is informational only. We do not send marketing, advertising or promotional messages through it.

How to sign up

You can opt in in two ways.

•     By phone: when you request your travel information during a call with us, we explain these terms and ask you to confirm, with a yes, that you agree to receive text messages at your mobile number. We use the number on your booking or one you provide, and confirm it with you before sending.

•     By text message: text our number, read our welcome message and reply START.

Messages are sent only after you agree, and you receive a text confirming your enrollment. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

How often you'll hear from us

You will receive one message for each booking reference you request. Messages are sent only when you request them.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your carrier for details.

How to stop messages

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Reply START to resubscribe.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network coverage.

Your privacy
